All USC students and dependents are eligible to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP).

The following are required to enroll or waive SHIP:

  • Undergrad/Grad students enrolled in six (6) or more credit hours
  • Graduate assistantships
  • USC School of Medicine students
  • All International students
